About Role

Private members club in Central London now require an experienced Club Secretary to join their team.

Our client is a long-established, prestigious club that caters for a diverse range affluent clientèle, providing a wide range of facilities and services of world class quality.

Supporting the CEO and senior team, this role will take on an array of administrative responsibilities to ensure the smooth running of this multi-faceted business.

This will include aspects of minute-taking, diary management, report writing and planning and arranging of meetings.

The role will also act as member liaison, resolving member queries and amending membership details as necessary.

Candidates must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills together with strong administrative skills in a variety of microsoft office programmes.

As a pre-requisite, experience in both customer facing and back office roles from a premium environment will be essential, along with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure.

The role will require a flexible approach and may occasionally include some unsociable hours. It will suit someone who can work in a corporate environment but who loves to take ownership of tasks.
