Sales Manager - Big Leisure Brand!

We are currently recruiting an experienced Sales Manager on behalf of a fantastic high end leisure and entertainment complex. The facility is situated in a prime location in East Lincolnshire and has a strong reputation for delivering a superb customer experience.

Main responsibilities of the Sales Manager:

·         Deliver holiday sales targets through the effective management of the holiday sales team.

·         Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective holidaymakers

·         Managing key relationships with external stakeholders including travel agents, coach operators and tourist boards

·         Attend off site exhibitions, promotions and marketing events

·         Take a proactive approach to generating new sales enquires, taking initiative to find new clients, following up leads and referrals and looking to generate prospects and appointments within the local business community

·         Managing your performance through effective KPI’s and achieving new customer acquisition targets.

·         Maximising value for money for customers, and driving customer retention.

·         Leading and inspiring a team of sales executives to achieve targets each and every month

·         Responsibility for the continuous maintenance of high customer service levels

The ideal sales manager will be a strong team leader with a real focus on exceeding customer expectations and the ability to work under real pressure. You will love working with people and engaging the public and have a positive, flexible attitude. Previous experience within the holiday, travel or leisure sectors is essential. These characteristics will influence and develop your future team into a successful sales unit.

The client offers an excellent environment with a good basic salary (c40-45k), bonus (up to 100%) and benefits package.
