About Role

CRM Support Manager - £25,000 to £40,000 dependent on experience

My client is a global fitness brand with rapid expansion plans for the UK and Europe. They are currently establishing a new London based team and seek a "CRM Guru" to support their clubs. You may have gained "expert" CRM knowledge whilst working in Club Administration or Member Services of a leading health club chain.

Reporting into the UK MD you will take ownership of all aspects of the role initially with the prospect of building your own team to support UK & European expansion in the near future.

Function

  • Internal & External Communication
  • Liaising with Club Owners / Managers with any support or technical matters
  • On-boarding new clubs / users including initial training
  • Billing & report reconciliation
  • Dealing with customer matters including complaint resolution
  • Data entry & analysis

To be successful in this role you will need to be:

  • Evidence of working in a similar role within leisure (or similar) CRM system
  • Outgoing, working well within a vibrant team
  • Excellent organisation & communication skills
  • Ability to switch priorities as needed
  • Critical thinking & great eye for details
  • Knowledge of MS Office & data programs
  • Typing speed & accuracy
