Entertainments and Duty Manager – Fulham c24-28k

The UK’s ultimate indoor soft play centre is looking for an exceptional Party and Entertainments Duty Manager to join their flagship site in South West London. The company allows children the chance to play, learn, explore and party in their exciting indoor play venues. Offering a wide range of events, including sessions specific for toddlers through to birthday parties, there is always the opportunity for children to have fun.

As the Entertainments Duty Manager you will ensure the hosting staff are trained, prepared and able to consistently deliver a high quality service to all customers. You will also ensure all parties are well planned and delivered to the highest standard whilst constantly looking for feedback to improve the customer experience. You will perform the role of Duty Manager on a day to day basis ensuring a safe, secure and stimulating environment for all guests and members of the public.

Other Key Responsibilities:

  • To recruit, train and induct new departmental team members and continually review their performance.
  • To manage and monitor staff rotas for all entertainment staff to ensure that the correct level of staffing is in place.
  • To deliver excellent parties to customer’s every time – ensuring that standard operations procedures are adhered to.
  • To ensure that the company’s party stock is well managed and achieving an acceptable level of gross profit as set out in the annual budget
  • To oversee the departmental ordering system and that all products accepted are in good condition and correct.
  • To ensure that all departmental staff are informed about any new products, offers and changes in price or operating procedure.
  • To ensure that all equipment is serviced at the correct intervals and that any certification required is applied for and maintained.
  • To understand club financial budgets and targets and support the General Manager in their achievement.
  • To ensure that all reasonable steps are taken to minimise or prevent loss or damage to Company assets.
  • To ensure that all health & safety requirements are met.
  • To consistently achieve your weekly/monthly KPI’s
