The Opportunity

Due to increasing demand, we’re seeking a driven and proactive Account Executive to support resourcing, client development, and overall recruitment operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in the leisure sector who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced, varied role. Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Resourcing & Screening: Identify, engage, and screen candidates across multiple sectors
  • Project Support: Assist with recruitment campaigns, seasonal hiring, and onboarding new clients
  • Administration & Compliance: Coordinate interviews, manage documentation, and maintain accurate databases
  • Client Development: Help nurture relationships with existing clients while supporting new business projects

  • Experience within the leisure industry (e.g. health & fitness, hospitality, or similar)

  • Able to commute to our Uxbridge office
