Account Manager (Recruitment) - Health & Fitness Temp Division

Competitive basic salary and OTE package of £35-40k in year 1 with uncapped earning potential. Office based in Uxbridge, West London with some remote working possible.

4Leisure Recruitment are the leading specialist recruitment agency servicing the leisure sector including health & fitness, spa & beauty, active entertainment, and hospitality & catering.

Due to huge demand in the Fitness industry, we’re now recruiting for an ambitious Account Manager to join our Health & Fitness division. This diverse role will focus on driving new client acquisition for both temporary and permanent recruitment as well as actively recruiting and managing talent for the division. Ideally you'll be a specialist in the Fitness industry, as you'll be heading up recruitment across corporate & residential Fitness, as well as the leisure management sector.

The role of Account Manager is to proactively manage and deliver recruitment services to key clients through the achievement of agreed performance indicators. The Account Manager will develop strong relationships with clients and work to achieve and exceed maximum revenue and service level potential. This role is also responsible for creating and implementing attraction strategies to source candidates from a range of sources, whilst always complying with company administration and compliance.

You'll develop business relationships & create opportunities with both current and potential clients to generate revenue from placements, whilst managing the entire recruitment process from registering a vacancy through to placing a candidate in the job. You'll be an exceptional communicator, promoting 4Leisure's range of services to clients and candidates, largely on the phone but also through visits, presentations, and networking events.

You'll interview candidates using varied, and the most appropriate method, via phone, video call or in person, going through a full 360 recruitment process, screening, assessing, registering and reference checking suitable candidates against full compliance criteria and current legislation.
