As Activities & Pool Manager you will be required to be completely flexible on location across the UK, part of your training will take you all around the country and you will be placed at an available site once your training is complete. You will be responsible for the Leisure Activity on your resort, from participation, engagement, and bookings... you are there to ensure all visitors have the best time and ultimately to ensure the right activities are running at the right time...
You will need exceptional people skills, with the ability to motivate your team and ensure a vibrant, passionate, and energetic environment at all times. Ideally you will have experience within Sports Activities Programming, managing a Poolside facility with a Health & Fitness offering, holding the following qualifications, don’t worry if you do not have them all, you can obtain some whilst on training!
- First Aid at Work
- Trainer Assessor
- Pool Plant Operations
- Sports Coaching Qualifications
- Ropes Course Manager
- SPTO Qualification & Practical Training in a Plant Room
