About Role

Head of Operations required for this growing sports education business in the Yateley area.

Our client is an established company with an outstanding reputation as one of the market leaders in their field and, due to recent restructuring and growth, they are now looking to appoint an ambitious Head of Operations to drive performance from their primary care arm of their business.

The role is focused on the exceptional service delivery of coaching, entertainment and care products at key stage 1 & 2 level throughout schools in the South East.

This diverse role will be responsible for:

  • Delivering the overall business strategy and objectives 
  • Achieving compliance targets
  • Managing logistics and daily operations across multiple site
  • Engaging, training and developing large specialist teams
  • Maintaining and fostering excellent client relationships
  • Maximising revenue generation through the companies range of products and services

The successful candidate will have considerable multi-site management experience within a multi-disciplinary environment with an emphasis on service delivery. The proven ability to build and retain high performing teams will be key to this role. Exposure to compliance and quality assurance would be advantageous.

The role requires a big personality; a natural leader who can inspire and invigorate whilst providing a clear pathway to success.
