Berth Sales Executive - Marina Sales
Southampton
£29.2K + Excellent Commission / Bonus 

A leading marina operator is hiring a Berth Sales Executive to drive berth and marine-related sales in southampton. Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve annual berth sales targets and drive revenue across berthing, storage, and boatyard services
  • Proactively win new business, including competitor conversions
  • Manage and track the sales pipeline via CRM 
  • Deliver against set KPIs
  • Work closely with Marina Managers and Operations teams
  • Provide market insights, customer feedback, and competitor analysis
  • Support marketing activity using customer and NPS insights
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, H&S, and sales processes
About You
  • Proven experience in sales / business development / account management
  • Strong track record of hitting targets and converting leads
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Confident using CRM systems and managing pipelines
  • Organised, proactive, and commercially driven
  • Marine or leisure sector experience is a plus
