Customer Support Specialists - Health & Fitness Software

Princes Risborough

My client is one of the leading providers of club management software to the health and fitness industry, serving over 750 clubs in the UK, Europe and Australia. They develop, deliver and support an integrated business solution for health club operations and membership direct debit collections.

This is a key role in the organisation, creating positive outcomes from interactions with customers (club teams) on the phone, by email and in online support sessions. The main priority is supporting them to fully utilise the software solution and ensuring that they maximise the benefits that it provides.

This rewarding role requires excellent communication skills, a desire to help customers get the best from the software, good administration and organisational skills and a willingness to take ownership of customer’s issues and resolve them efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a customer service role within a health club organisation, have experience of using club management software and possess excellent communication skills.

This is a Monday to Friday role, 9am to 5.30pm with starting salary £20,000 to £25,000 dependent on experience.
