Client Services Adviser – The Massage Company

Location: High Wycombe

Our client is now looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic and passionate character to join their team as a Client Services Adviser in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.

A successful client services advisor will be driven to bring high-quality massage to as many local customers as possible and transforming it from the occasional or a treat to a routine and vital part of a better and balanced life for our customers.

Position requirements:

  1. Selling memberships through face to face discussion, on follow up sales calls, and generating new clientele through promoting The Massage Company member referral
  2. Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude
  3. Responsible for scheduling appointments over the phone, on email, and in person
  4. Providing clients with the best massage service advice to fit their needs, and by matching them to the right therapist during the pre-treatment discussions
  5. Promoting our internal upgrades of hot stones, scalp massage, aromatherapy or ‘fantastic foot treatment’
  6. Answering customer questions and concerns with urgency, care and sincerity
  7. Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude
  8. Occasionally being part of promotional activity, both onsite and offsite locally
  9. Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
  10. Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and management
  11. Must be eligible to work in the UK and fluent in English, spoken and written
