Marketing Manager / Coordinator – Part-time – Leisure Facilities – Milton Keynes

30-32 hours per week                      

£20,000 per annum

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to support my client’s leisure sites in Milton Keynes. You will support the sales and operations teams across three facilities to help people in local communities to enhance lives through health and wellbeing, physical activity, learning and the arts.

What your role will be

As a Marketing Managers you will use the company marketing strategy and tailor this to work best at a local level whilst supporting local initiatives & events.

You will become an expert with what marketing and attraction works for the centres you support, ensuring that the range of media used maximises effectiveness.  You will make a real difference to the performance of the centres & the well-being of local communities.

Your background

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals with a passion for marketing. Experience delivering marketing strategy across multiple sites or leisure centres would be highly desirable.

You will have a good knowledge of digital tools and maximise these to increase membership and active users. Part of your role will see you managing effective and engaging promotions. Communication is key in this role both with our staff and the local communities using our centres. Friendly and engaged individuals will do well in this role.

This is a part-time role, flexible working hours over a 4 or 5 day working week to suit yours and my client’s needs (Mon to Friday normal working week).
