About Role

4Leisure are currently recruiting for an Operations manager on behalf of a local leisure facility in Marlow. This is a full-time permanent position of 40 hours per week with a salary of £25,000.

You will need to be available to work a range of shift patterns including evening and weekends.

For this role you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the leisure operations and delivering a high-quality experience for all guests.

Your main duties will include:

  • Leading, training and supervising your team in delivering a safe customer experience
  • Managing resourcing, training and operations of pool plant ensuring regular maintenance tasks are undertaken
  • Working with several teams across the centre to deliver a first-class customer experience
  • Overseeing health and safety of centre facilities, ensuring safe working practises.
  • Managing a team of duty managers on site
  • Overseeing the recruitment of leisure staff, including training and induction processes
  • Overseeing the organisation of lifeguard training, including NPLQ’s, renewals, competency assessments and maintaining training records.

To be eligible for this role, you will need to be NPLQ qualified and hold a Pool Plant certificate as well as having experience working as previous experience in a similar position.
