Sales Manager - fabulous golf centre - near High Wycombe

Proactive and professional Sales Manager required for this excellent Golf Centre near High Wycombe.

Our client boasts a range of great facilities and a superb reputation as one of the best clubs in the area. They are now recruiting for a highly ambitious and outgoing Sales Professional to join their Head of Department team.

The role is based around driving new memberships, group golf and functions through effective marketing and face to face selling. They are looking for a self-starter who can generate leads and build strong relationships whilst working to KPIs and targets.

Additional Responsibilities include:

* Liaising with the GM in the formation of the annual forward book budget for functions

* Completing regular competitor market analysis

*Formulating an annual marketing plan for functions together with a contrived events calendar

*Achieving monthly weekly and daily targets

*Completing monthly activity plan for functions

*Implementing and supporting all company Golf initiatives as required

The successful candidate must have a proven experience in an outbound sales environment and have a history of generating new business leads for a premium brand.

My client will pay up £23,000-£26,000 basic plus monthly commission / bonus scheme. On target earnings £30-32,000 uncapped
