Business Development Manager – Luxury Skincare (Spa Channel)
Location: UK (Field-Based)
Salary: Up to £45,000 + Uncapped Commission + Benefits

Our client is a premium, results-driven skincare brand renowned for its luxury positioning and exceptional treatment experiences within high-end spas and wellness destinations. As part of their continued growth, we are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to expand their footprint across the UK’s most prestigious spa network.The Role This is a high-impact, field-based role focused on driving new business and building long-term partnerships with premium spas, hotels, and wellness venues. You will act as a true brand ambassador, representing a sophisticated product portfolio within a discerning, luxury-focused market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across luxury spas.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with spa owners, directors, and decision-makers
  • Deliver compelling brand presentations and treatment concepts
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to onboarding and ongoing account development
  • Collaborate with marketing and training teams to ensure successful brand launches and sustained growth
  • Maintain strong awareness of market trends, competitor activity, and client needs
About You
  • Proven track record in business development or field sales within the spa, skincare, or beauty industry
  • Strong existing network within premium or luxury spa environments
  • A confident, polished communicator with exceptional relationship-building skills
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and commercially astute
  • Passion for luxury skincare, wellness, and experiential treatments
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team culture
