Outbound Call Agent – Office-Based (Dartford)
Are you confident making high-volume outbound calls? Are you target-driven with a knack for handling challenging conversations? 
 
We’re currently recruiting for a Call Agent to manage Debt collection in a office based in Dartford. This role is all about  proactive debt recovery. Where you will be contacting customers directly, managing difficult conversations with professionalism, and working towards clear performance targets (KPIs).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to recover outstanding debts
• Engage with customers firmly yet professionally to resolve arrears
• Meet daily and weekly performance targets
• Accurately record outcomes and maintain call records

What We’re Looking For:

• Confidence in making outbound calls throughout the day
• Experience in high volume calls, desirable but not essential experience in debt collection, credit control, or a similar role is desirable
• Resilience, persistence, and excellent communication skills
• A results-driven attitude with the ability to work under pressure

 
Salary: £14–£15 per hour inclusive of Holiday. Paid Fortnightly 
Location: Dartford (on-site only)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm or 8:30am–4:30pm
This is a temporary role, with potential opportunity for extension
