About Role

4Leisure are recruiting for National Sales Manager for a well know Fitness company, must be based in Cambridgeshire/Northamptonshire area or willing to relocate. Salary up to £40k plus car allowance and bonus.

You will be responsible for ensuring the Sales goals of the business are achieved, through devising, managing and measurement of the Sales Strategy. You'll be hands on through your approach adopting an active selling role to increase numbers whilst you and your team achieve. Your objective will ultimately to increase profitability and increase market share whilst retaining and building on current customer base with superior account management and customer care as well as gaining new sales. Furthermore implementation of "Best Practice" process to ensure a consistent approach across the board. 

You'll be responsible for a team of sales executives with 4 days of the week based in the office and 1 day out looking at new business oportunities or customer care visits with existing clients. It's important to be ahead of the game within the industry, keen on learning and developing yourself and your team, whilst being the face of the business at shows and exhibitions to promote the company products and brand. 

About you;

  • Must have sales experience in the Fitness Industry at a senior level
  • Experience dealing with National and International business clients
  • Extensive knowledge of the Fitness Industry
  • Proven ability to retain high performing team of sales personnel
  • Consultive approach to sales and can demonstrate business acumen
  • Experience of using and modifying computerised databases
  • Proactive, visionary and tenacious
