Whats Required?
- Perform treatments to an outstanding level
- Ensure guest journey is seamless
- Ensure all spa standards are met and maintained to the highest level
- Maintain a high level of personal appearance and hygiene adhering to hotel standards
- Always be punctual and prepared
- Must be NVQ L3 qualified or equivalent
