About Role

4Leisure are currently recruiting for a Residence Co-ordinator on behalf of a student accommodation company in Central London. This is a full time, permanent position working 40 hours per week Monday-Friday 09.00-18.00. You will also be required to work 1 weekend in 3 with two days off during the week.

You will be based at one of the company’s student residences being the first point of contact based at the reception desk, dealing with any enquiries, both face to face or over the telephone.

For this role you will need to demonstrate a high level of customer service and administration skills as well as

Your main duties for this role would include:

  • General administrative support to the management team such as letter writing, raising invoices, filing, photocopying and processing payments.
  • Assisting and arranging sales viewings for prospective residents
  • Managing daily enquiries from residents whilst maintaining a high standard of customer service at all times
  • Assisting with debt collection
  • Log any maintenance faults reported and liaise with management team
  • Assisting the team to maintain high levels of cleanliness and presentation
  • Assist the students move in/move out process, providing a smooth process for residents

The successful candidate will need to have the ability to multi-task, plan and organise whilst maintaining a professional attitude at all times.

Previous administration experience in a customer facing role is essential!

Knowledge of Kinetics Software is an advantage.

Salary for this role is £26400 per annum.
