Clinic Manager - Oxford

Practice Manager required for this multi-faceted skin clinic in the Central Oxford area.

Our client is an established and highly reputable specialist clinic offering a wide range of dermatology and aesthetic treatments. Having experienced an exciting period of positive trading, they are now looking for an ambitious manager who can lead and develop the team whilst achieving commercial targets.

Responsibilities will include:

• Driving commercial performance of the clinic
• Achieving revenue targets
• Onboarding, training a team of practitioners and nurses
• Maintaining required levels of compliance
• Budgeting and financial planning
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience

The business is growing rapidly and offers superb training and development opportunities.

The successful candidate will need practice or clinic management experience with a commercial focus and some exposure to CQC.
