Club Manager – Health and Fitness 

Are you a motivated and dynamic Fitness or Gym Manager for health, fitness, and creating exceptional guest experiences? A leading health and fitness facility in South West London is seeking a Club Manager to lead the team, inspire growth, and deliver excellence.

Key Responsibilities: As Club Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining and growing the facility. Your responsibilities include:
  • Creating and implementing a monthly club membership sales plan.
  • Collaborating with the Group Marketing Team on internal marketing initiatives.
  • Motivating, training, and developing your team to achieve their best.
  • Driving a culture of exceptional service for members and guests.
  • Maintaining financial targets as outlined in the annual business plan.
  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards and maintaining spa plant checks.
  • Fostering a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all members and guests.
About You: To excel in this role, you’ll bring:
  • At least 1 year of management experience, ideally within the health and fitness sector.
  • A proven ability to work towards and achieve sales targets.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a strong work ethic.
  • A passion for health and fitness, coupled with a genuine, team-oriented approach.
  • A proactive, enthusiastic attitude and a commitment to delivering excellence.
Salary - £32,000
