I’m recruiting for a Club Manager to lead a luxury leisure facility in Westminster. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a beautiful health club and spa, playing a key role in shaping an exceptional resident experience.
Set within a landmark development in the heart of Westminster, this prestigious offering features a collection of beautifully restored Grade II listed homes. Residents benefit from stunning views across some of London’s most iconic landmarks, alongside access to exceptional leisure facilities, including a state-of-the-art gym, swimming pool, spa, and private cinema.
The Role As Club Manager, you’ll be the face and driving force behind the facility, leading from the front to deliver a five-star experience for residents and guests.
Key Responsibilities - Lead, inspire, and develop the leisure team to consistently deliver a premium service
- Oversee all day-to-day operations, including pool & spa, treatments, personal training, classes, maintenance, and health & safety
- Deliver exceptional customer service, managing enquiries and enhancing the overall resident experience
- Build and manage relationships with external practitioners and suppliers
- Drive revenue performance, achieving targets across memberships, PT, and treatments while identifying opportunities for growth
- Ensure full compliance with financial, operational, and quality standards through effective reporting and control
This is a hands-on role requiring a proactive, detail-driven leader who takes pride in delivering excellence across every aspect of the operation.
About You - Minimum Level 2 Fitness Qualification
- At least 2 years’ experience within the fitness or leisure sector, ideally in a luxury or high-end environment
- Experience with pool or pool plant operations is advantageous
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident with administrative responsibilities, including reporting, scheduling, and budgeting
- A leadership style that motivates, inspires, and elevates team performance
- Emergency responder qualification (or willingness to obtain)
Salary £39,000 per annum +
This role will require a mixture of shifts including early, mid and late with a rotation on weekends.
