Join our premium corporate fitness and wellness facility as a Corporate Fitness Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operation of an exclusive employee-only gym and spa. This role is ideal for a driven, professional leader who excels in a high-end environment and is confident managing both service delivery and operational standards independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Service & Member Experience
Act as the primary onsite representative, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming, professional environment for all users.
Build strong relationships with members, onsite teams, and the corporate client to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
Provide high-quality fitness services including personal training, small-group sessions, assessments, and bespoke programmes.
Maintain a motivating, safe, and supportive environment for members throughout their fitness journey.
Operational Management:
Oversee daily site checks to uphold premium facility standards and ensure the gym and spa remain clean, safe, and fully operational.
Manage stock levels, consumables, and contractor visits, ensuring all operational needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Support wider operational processes including rota coordination, audit completion, TQM updates, and client reporting.
Ensure full compliance with all Health & Safety requirements, including risk assessments, incident reporting, hazard management, and emergency procedures.
Champion a culture of safety and quality across the facility.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Level 3 Personal Training qualification.
Proven experience in a fitness, leisure, or wellness environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills.
Highly self-motivated, organised, and confident working independently in a lone-working environment.
Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Desirable Attributes:
Interest in further development such as exercise rehabilitation, massage, or beauty therapy.
Creative, adaptable, and proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
