Customer Service Advisor - Mile End

We are currently seeking Temporary Customer Service Advisors who can hit the ground running, providing support to our leisure clients. If you're service-oriented, independent, and able to work flexible shifts, we want to hear from you.

Join our dynamic team and play an integral role in delivering exceptional customer service within the leisure industry.

Duties:
  • Provide first line customer services/support.
  • Handle telephone queries on membership, classes, and subscriptions with a first-time fix approach.
  • Deliver email support to Leisure customers, ensuring dedicated solutions via the leisure inbox.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Understanding of leisure product lines and troubleshooting skills.
  • Availability for early and late shifts (8am to 8pm) Monday - Friday
  • Strong customer engagement and service delivery skills.
