4Leisure are currently recruiting for customer service agents to work in a call centre in Walton on Thames on behalf of a leading leisure facility. This is a full time, temporary position ongoing for 3 months. This is a great opportunity for an experienced customer service agent or membership sales advisor looking for a short time role.
For this role you will need to have excellent communication skills over the phone, be able to work to a fast pace and have experience working to a target.
Your main duties for this role will include:
- Calling outbound leads
- Completing a high volume of calls
- Working to a set of KPI’s
- Sales and retention calls
This role will be running for a period of 3 months beginning December 1st.
You will need to be available for the duration of the 3-month period to be eligible for the position.
£12.00-13.00 per hour (inclusive of holiday) and pay is weekly.
