Customer Support Exec - Central London
Our client is currently recruiting for a Customer Support Executive to join its team on a contract basis. - The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support to clients seeking information, assistance, or issue resolution regarding laser equipment products.
- Managing incoming enquiries through phone, email, and live chat, the individual will ensure timely and accurate responses.
- Collaborating with the sales and technical teams to address customer needs and provide product recommendations based on client requirements.
- Handling customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and efficiency, with a focus on achieving positive resolutions.
- Assisting customers with product-related inquiries, including order status, shipping information, and product specifications.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the product line and industry trends to better assist customers.
- Documenting and tracking customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference and analysis.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and sharing insights with the broader team.
Qualifications and experience:
- Candidates must have experience with Salesforce
- Experience with Netsuite preferred
- The ideal candidate will have proven experience in customer support or a related role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues are required.
- Familiarity with laser equipment or a technical background is considered a plus.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team is crucial.

Assignment rate £14.80 -17.78ph DOE
Contract 3-6 months dependent on your requirements
This role is primarily office based with some hybrid working.
