Customer Support Exec - Central London

Our client is currently recruiting for a Customer Support Executive to join its team on a contract basis. As a prominent distributor of cutting-edge laser equipment and solutions, they take pride in delivering innovative and high-quality products to a diverse range of clients. This position presents an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to contribute to their continued growth.


  1. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support to clients seeking information, assistance, or issue resolution regarding laser equipment products.
  2. Managing incoming enquiries through phone, email, and live chat, the individual will ensure timely and accurate responses.
  3. Collaborating with the sales and technical teams to address customer needs and provide product recommendations based on client requirements.
  4. Handling customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and efficiency, with a focus on achieving positive resolutions.
  5. Assisting customers with product-related inquiries, including order status, shipping information, and product specifications.
  6. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the product line and industry trends to better assist customers.
  7. Documenting and tracking customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference and analysis.
  8. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and sharing insights with the broader team.

Qualifications and experience:

  1. Candidates must have experience with Salesforce
  2. Experience with Netsuite preferred
  3. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in customer support or a related role.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  5. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues are required.
  6. Familiarity with laser equipment or a technical background is considered a plus.
  7. The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team is crucial.
  8. A positive attitude, empathy, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service are essential.

Assignment rate £14.80 -17.78ph DOE

Contract 3-6 months dependent on your requirements

This role is primarily office based with some hybrid working.
