Hours FT, 4 on 4 off

Are you an experienced Concierge with a background in luxury private residences? We are currently hiring on behalf of one of London's most exclusive retirement villages for a Day Concierge to join their multi-talented team.

This role acts as first point of contact for the residents and requires exceptional levels of customer service. 


Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome stakeholders, residents, and visitors, ensuring they feel attended to and valued.
• Conduct resident welcome meetings to familiarise them with the development, its operations, and the full range of available amenities.
• Assist residents, guests, family members, and stakeholders with maintenance issues, complaints, emergencies, and other enquiries—via telephone, site portal/app, or in person at the resident hub.
• Provide a visible and approachable on-site presence during peak resident movement times, such as mornings and evenings.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Chauffeur services using the House Car.
• Promote and support community engagement initiatives and events, including assisting with theatre and restaurant bookings (e.g., Wilde) and fulfilling other concierge-style resident requests.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of local suppliers and services, acting as a go-to source of information for residents.
• Accurately document resident interactions to support a seamless and consistent customer service experience.
• Manage and resolve complaints

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Concierge role
• Background in luxury residences
• Clean driving licence
• Ability to work shifts including early mornings, evenings and weekends
• Excellent spoken English
