Duty Manager (Interim Position)
Location: Bromley

Salary: £16 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

4Leisure Recruitment is seeking a NPLQ qualified Duty Manager for an interim position at a leisure site in Bromley. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a leadership role, managing day-to-day operations and ensuring the highest standards of safety and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the smooth running of the facility, ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to.
  • Leading and managing a team, including training, motivating, and scheduling staff.
  • Providing excellent customer service and handling any customer inquiries or issues.
  • Ensuring all operational procedures are followed to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Responding to emergencies as necessary with NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) certification.
Requirements:
  • NPLQ qualification (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) – essential.
  • Previous experience managing a team within the leisure industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
