Duty Manager – Temporary & Permanent Opportunities Available

4Leisure Recruitment is currently hiring for a Duty Manager with a fitness-specific background to join a thriving leisure facility in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity, with both temporary and permanent positions available.

We’re looking for a confident and experienced individual with a recognised fitness qualification and a strong track record in team management. If you're a Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer passionate about the health and fitness industry and ready to step into a leadership role, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily operations of the facility
• Leading and supporting the on-shift team
• Maintaining high standards of customer service and safety
• Managing fitness operations and engaging with members as needed

Requirements:

• Recognised fitness qualification (e.g. Level 2 or Level 3)
• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• First aid at work Certificate (or similar)
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required

Temporary Assignment Rate:

• £16.50 per hour
• Fortnightly pay
