We are looking for a full-time Duty Manager to join the management team at a busy leisure centre in the heart of Central London. As a duty manager you will be responsible for the smooth running of the centre, from opening/closing the building, to maintaining quality and standards in all areas.
Main duties include:
•Complete the tasks to ensure the standards of the facility meet company expectations
•Comply with all financial processes throughout the shift
•Support with technical and security cover outside normal working hours and be a designated key holder
•Support the centre’s work towards Quest, IiP, ISO 14001/45001, 18001 and other awards
As an experienced and highly organised Duty Manager, you share our passion for excellent customer service. You care about our members, so you'll seek opportunities to build rapport with them and ensure they're happy with their experience, keeping our member retention levels high.
