Job Description

We are recruiting for a Duty Manager / Personal Trainer for a Health Club in East London. We are recruiting the right person to join a Luxury Leisure Management company that operates high-end Health Clubs across London 

About the Role As a Duty Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of world-class leisure facilities, including:
  • A state-of-the-art gym with top-tier equipment.
  • A stunning swimming pool with spa and sauna.
  • An extensive group exercise program.
  • Personal training services and beauty therapy rooms.
This hybrid role blends leisure management, fitness, and front-of-house responsibilities. You’ll deliver exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and contractors while being the first point of contact for all club-related queries.

With an hourly rate of £13.85 and a PT rate of £35 per session (no rent fees), your earning potential is unmatched. 
Contract: 24 Hrs

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure smooth daily operations of the leisure facilities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain 5-star standards.
  • Drive personal training services and group exercise classes.
  • Uphold health and safety standards across the facility.
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the health and fitness industry.
  • Proven track record in a a health club environment 
  • Outstanding customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Level 2 Gym Instructor or Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification
  • First Aid or RLSS Emergency Responder certification (training provided if needed).
  • Health and safety experience in a leisure facility.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable team player.
