·         Managing your performance through effective KPI’s and achieving new customer acquisition targets.

·         Maximising value for money for customers, and driving customer retention.

·         Leading and inspiring a team of sales executives to achieve targets each and every month

·         Responsibility for the continuous maintenance of high customer service levels

The ideal sales manager will be a strong team leader with a real focus on exceeding customer expectations and the ability to work under real pressure.
