Part-time Handy-person - 12 hours per week, 6 month contract

Business Centre - Loughton - Immediate start

I am recruiting a part-time facilities handy-person Monday, Wednesday & Friday totalling 4 hours per day (8.30am to 12.30pm) for my client a privately owned business centre group for their site in Loughton. This is initially for 6 months contract to support the existing team.

You will be required to deliver outstanding service & standards for the benefit of all clients who use the centre. In particular you will be responsible:

  • Achieve high standards of customer service, housekeeping and cleanliness.

  • Highly active within the Centre, noting and responding to any problems or hazards with the infrastructure, building structure or Centre itself.

  • Carry out general maintenance and day to day site management and repair any defects within a reasonable time.

  • Ensure the maintenance of robust H & S and Fire Procedures.

  • Ground maintenance & redecoration of premises

    I am looking for a well presented "hands-on" person preferably from a trade background or specialism but able to turn your hands to anything & having excellent communication skills. You will need proven organisational skills with the ability to multi task and delivery inn a service industry.

    You will be required to work 8.30am to 12.30pm Monday, Wednesday & Friday or a similar working pattern to be agreed with the Centre Manager.
