Family Space Manager required for this luxury childcare facility in West London.

The role

The Family Space Manager will take on responsibility, along with the  General Manager for the set-up, development and overall performance of this exceptional club. With a stunning creche, open play area and classroom facilities, they will cater for pre-school children delivering a wide range of educational programmes, activities and events that will engage, inspire and develop skills and experiences.

Leading several specialist teams, this role will create and develop the activity programmes, set up SOPs for the department, train, engage and develop staff and manage a departmental budget and achieve revenue targets as well.

Most importantly though, this role must ensure that parents and children alike are continually wowed by the quality of care, impressed by the diversity of activities available and blown away by the warmth and world class customer service delivered by the team.

This role offers the opportunity to be part of something extra special and the right candidate will need to embrace the concepts that the business in built upon but also be able to build deep-rooted relationships with parents to ensure their experiences are always memorable.

The person

Candidates must have considerable managerial experience within a commercial childcare, nursery or family club environment together with a recognised childcare or teaching qualification. Working knowledge of EYFS is preferred.

A big personality with exceptional communication skills and a passion for child development is key, whilst the proven ability to achieve guest satisfaction targets is highly desirable.

Package £40-45k + bonus
