Fitness Coach - Corporate Gym & Spa 
Location: East London
Role Type: Part-time | Customer-facing | Lone working

Join our high-end corporate fitness facility as a Fitness Coach, delivering exceptional service to an exclusive employee-only gym and studio. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and professional coach who thrives in a premium environment.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service and act as the main point of contact for all users.
Provide personal training, small group sessions, fitness assessments, and tailored programmes.
Complete daily site checks, maintain high facility standards, restock consumables, and support contractor management.
Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, including risk assessments, reporting hazards, and emergency procedures.
Support facility operations including rota management, TQM updates, audits, and client communications.
Build strong relationships with members, facility teams, and the onsite client.

Essential Skills & Qualifications
Level 3 Personal Training qualification.
Proven experience in a similar fitness or leisure role.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Self-motivated, reliable, and confident working independently.
Competent with Microsoft Word & Excel.

Desirable Skills
Interest in additional training such as injury rehab, massage, or beauty therapy.
Innovative, adaptable, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
