Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive atmosphere on the gym floor
  • Assist members with their fitness goals, including equipment use and general guidance
  • Lead group exercise classes or cover scheduled sessions
  • Carry out gym inductions, health checks, and basic fitness assessments
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of the gym and equipment
  • Adhere to health and safety protocols and report any issues promptly
Requirements:
  • Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification (minimum); Level 3 PT desirable
  • First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • A professional, approachable, and proactive attitude
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for fitness
