Are you a qualified Level 2 gym instructor or Level 3 Fitness Instructor looking for a new opportunity? Join the 4Leisure team in Birmingham and take the next step in your fitness career!
We are hiring part-time fitness instructors to work in a corporate leisure facility in the Birmingham area.

What You’ll Be Doing: As a Fitness Instructor, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing professional fitness services, such as member inductions and fitness assessments
  • Ensuring the health and safety of all gym users
  • Carrying out daily tasks like cleaning, admin duties, and leading group exercise classes
  • Greeting members and delivering exceptional customer service at all times 
What You’ll Need:
  • Level 2 or 3 Fitness Qualification
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • A professional attitude and strong work ethic
Key Information:
  • Shifts available across mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Competitive hourly rate of £13.45 (inclusive of holiday pay), paid weekly
