Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver an outstanding level of customer service.
  • Motivate and support clients in achieving their fitness goals with energy and positivity.
  • Conduct gym inductions and create tailored training programs for service members.
  • Lead engaging group exercise classes that cater to a variety of fitness levels.
  • Undertake daily gym floor operations, including cleaning, maintenance checks, and ensuring equipment is in safe working condition.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification.
  • Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification preferred.
  • First Aid qualification preferred.
