Fitness Instructors & Personal Trainers - Manchester

Location: Manchester
Contract Type: Flexible, zero-hour
Hourly Rate: £14 (paid fortnightly)

About the Role: We're looking for passionate and professional fitness staff to support a variety of premium gyms, leisure centres, and health clubs across Manchester. As part of our team, you’ll have the freedom to work shifts that suit your schedule. 

Responsibilities Include:
  • Engaging with members and creating a positive, high-energy gym environment
  • Offering fitness guidance, motivation, and safe equipment use
  • Leading or covering group fitness classes as required
  • Carrying out inductions, health checks, and basic assessments
  • Ensuring all areas are clean, safe, and in good working order
  • Adhering to health and safety protocols at all times
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification (Level 3 PT desirable)
  • First Aid certification (or willingness to complete training)
  • Confident, approachable, and proactive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills and genuine passion for fitness
