Fitness Instructor

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Fitness Instructor / Personal Trainer to join a prestigious Health Club in East London. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a Luxury Leisure Management company that operates high-end Health Clubs across London.

About the Role As a Fitness Instructor, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional fitness services and supporting the smooth operation of our state-of-the-art leisure facilities. Your role will include:

• Engaging and motivating members in a world-class gym equipped with the latest fitness technology.
• Leading group exercise classes and promoting a range of fitness programs.
• Providing one-to-one personal training sessions
• Ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all members and guests.

This hybrid role allows you to blend your passion for fitness with excellent customer service skills, while being part of a supportive and professional team.

What We Offer

• Hourly Rate: £13.15 per hour, with personal training opportunities

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service while maintaining 5-star standards across the facility.
• Monitor and maintain health and safety standards throughout the facility.
• Support the front desk team by assisting with member queries and bookings as required.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a fitness or personal training role, ideally within a premium health club environment.
• A strong track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
• Relevant qualifications: Level 2 Gym Instructor or Level 3 Personal Trainer certification.
• First Aid or RLSS Emergency Responder certification (training provided if needed).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire members.
