Job Description

Flexible Fitness Instructors – London

We are currently looking for Fitness Instructors to join our Casual Team across the Central and South London area. This flexible opportunity is ideal for Level 2 or Level 3 qualified Fitness Professionals who are looking to choose shifts that fit around their availability through an easy-to-use booking app.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing an excellent customer experience and supporting members with their fitness goals
  • Delivering a professional, friendly, and proactive service on the gym floor
  • Conducting gym inductions and assisting with training programmes
  • Completing daily operational duties including equipment checks, cleaning, and basic administration
  • Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed and completed
  • Leading gym floor activities and group exercise classes when required
Requirements:
  • Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification and/or Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification
  • First Aid at Work certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Enhanced DBS preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Beneficial if you are a confident swimmer but not required to every role

Pay Rate:
£14.50 per hour, paid fortnightly.
