Front of House Team Member (Part-Time)
Location: Berkhamsted 
Salary: £26,800 per annum (pro rata)
Contract: Part-time, flexible (evenings & weekends essential)
 
We're looking for a warm, professional, and customer-focused Front of House Team Member to join the hospitality team within a luxury residential setting in Berkhamsted. If you have restaurant, hotel or similar front of house experience and are looking for a the next step, this role is a great opportunity. 
 
As the first point of contact for residents and guests, you'll bring energy, polish, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service. The role centres around a beautifully designed restaurant and bar that serves residents and their guests in a relaxed, high-quality environment.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Greet all residents and Guests and Provide a welcoming atmosphere
• Attention to detail and keen organisational skills 
• Communicate clearly with the wider team to ensure standards for service delivery are upheld
• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation
• Handle guest enquiries and ensure satisfaction throughout their visit
• Support events, private dining, and busy service periods

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service ability
• Organised and Proactive approach to tasks 
• Reliability and a strong team ethic
• Full UK driving licence
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is helpful 

Working Hours & Pay

• Part-time position
• Must be flexible, including evenings and weekends
• Salary: £26,800 (pro rata)
