£45,000 plus 10% bonus

As General Manager you will lead this amazing attraction from the front, engaging with your team and all visitors, ensuring exceptional customer service and the delivery of a truly unique journey for your visitors, doing everything you can to make people want to come back again and again. You will be based in a beautiful part of the country with stunning surroundings and the opportunity to work in a unique setting.
To be suitable for this role you will need to demonstrate a successful track record of managing a team in a hospitality and events environment. You will need to have excellent organisational skills and be able to communicate effectively at all levels. You will need to be an inspirational leader, have a keen eye for detail and be commercially minded.
The ideal General Manager will have managed a high footfall venue with multiple offerings, including Food & Beverage, Retail, Events and Family Activities. You will need a commercial and creative mind with the ability to analyse your business and implement new ideas to take this thriving business to the next level.
Health & Safety within this role is of vital importance, therefore you must also be analytical and detailed in your approach, but also be able to adapt your way of working to be the best, most efficient and dynamic manager you can be.
