About Role

CRM and Loyalty Exec required for this growing sports business in the Orrell area.

Our client is an established leading sports brand and they are currently recruiting for a forward-thinking individual to join their team. Focusing on creating and implementing cutting edge, inspiring CRM and loyalty campaigns for all areas of their business to drive traffic, conversions and engagement.

This diverse role will include:

  • Identifying growth opportunities to be exploited in all areas including email, app and store.
  • Implementing  and manage a customer retention and engagement strategy with a focus on revenue generation
  • Owning the email campaign cycle from conceptions to delivery
  • Managing the campaign calendar ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time
  • Reporting and analysis on all relevant email marketing activity

Candidate must have experience in a CRM or marketing role including campaign management.
