About Role

  • Extensive diary management
  • Coordination of travel arrangements
  • Assist with the preparation of meeting room agendas, reports, presentations and correspondence, considering the target audience, adapting style and communication methods accordingly
  • Dealing with both personal and business administration such as updating spread sheets, proof reading presentations and compiling reports
  • Preparing documentations for meetings and minute taking
  • Dealing with internal and external stakeholders regarding senior management matters
  • Working within tight budgets and time constraints
  • Handle highly confidential and sensitive information


  • EA experience supporting multiple senior executives
  • Legal Secretary background is desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Strong knowledge of the MS Office suite
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to foresee and provide solutions
