About Role

We are looking for a full-time Duty Manager to join our management team in the Harpenden/St Albans area, you will be responsible for the smooth running of our Club, that means everything from leading staff, managing a department, and maintaining quality and standards in all areas. Conducting tours and helping to achieve sales targets, to resolving operational issues as quickly as possible.

An experienced and highly organised Duty Manager, you share our passion for excellent customer service. You care about our members, so you'll seek opportunities to build rapport with them and ensure they're happy with their experience, keeping our member retention levels high.

Ideally, you'll bring management experience to the role. You will certainly have the enthusiasm, communication skills, collaborative spirit and 'can do' attitude it takes to inspire our team and help build our membership base.

An in date NPLQ certificate is essential, whilst PPO or pool plant exposure very desirable, training can be provided.
