HR Manager required for this exciting and growing business in the Water Orton area.
Our client is a long established multi-brand corporate with a large, diverse professional workforce across the UK. They are now looking for an experienced and motivated HR Manager to become part of their head office team. This is a diverse and challenging role with superb opportunities to develop and progress.
Responsibilities include;
- Assisting the HR Director to formulate and deliver the HR strategy
- Managing and developing a team of Central and Regional Advisors and Administrators
- Leading on escalations
- Helping to ensure compliance through RTW and qualifications in a regulated environment
- Understand the company's recruitment and training needs to advise the business on both strategic recruitment and L&D plans
- Optimising and streamlining business processes including onboarding, exiting and benefits
This is a highly rewarding environment with an emphasis on people development. You'll need to be an independent decision maker who can effectively engage a team whilst ensuring the business strategy remains a focus.
You'll need a big background in HR management along with relevant qualification such as CIPD. A strong ER focus will be required. Must be travel nationally on occasion.
Package c£60k + bonus + benefits
