Receptionist / Business Support Coordinator - Business Centre - Kings Hill, Kent (One Year Fixed Term Contract)

Maternity Cover Role

I am recruiting for a business centre for a full-time Receptionist/Business Support Coordinator in Kings Hill, West Malling. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm. This is a fixed term contract for one year to cover maternity leave.

You will be required to deliver outstanding, professional service to all of the businesses within the building and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as the first point of contact for all clients and visitors on a daily basis

* Ensure that all areas of the centre including; kitchens, meeting rooms, conference rooms and reception are presented within company standards and representative of a 5-star business.

* Contribute to the overall revenue of the centre by identifying opportunities to up sell additional services (e.g. secretarial services)

* Demonstrate a true passion for customer service by pro-actively seeking ways to exceed client’s expectations, always going above and beyond.

* Support client's needs by preparing meeting rooms or offices before client use, troubleshooting basic IT and Telecom technical issues, moving furniture and providing beverages.

* Providing administration support including delivering mail, organising courier services, ordering office supplies, preparing and booking their meeting rooms and other administration/secretarial duties.

I am looking for a well presented person with excellent communication skills. You will need proven organisational skills with the ability to multi task. You will understand the importance of delivering a 5* service.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook required.

Candidates will need to start as soon as possible ideally with a maximum of one weeks notice
