Lead Swimming Teacher & Swimming Instructors (Full-Time, Part-Time & Casual)
Locations: Ealing & Hounslow
Are you passionate about teaching swimming and helping others feel confident in the water? We’re hiring! We have multiple exciting opportunities to join a growing swim school team:

Available Roles:
  • Lead Swimming Teacher (Up to Full-Time hours with Management Duties)
  • Level 2 Swimming Instructors (Part-Time & Casual)

Our client is a specialist provider offering small group and private lessons for swimmers of all ages and abilities. Known for its fun, inclusive approach and commitment to high-quality instruction, this is a fantastic place to develop your career or build on your existing experience.

Your Role:
  • Deliver fun, safe, and engaging lessons to swimmers of all ages and skill levels
  • Teach both small group and one-on-one sessions
  • Help swimmers build skills, confidence, and a love for the water
What You’ll Need:
  • Level 2 Swim Instructor Qualification (essential)
  • Parent and Child Level 2 Qualification (desirable)
  • Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
  • Friendly, patient, and enthusiastic approach
  • Strong communication skills
  • Teaching experience is a bonus, but passion and a great attitude are key!
