Job Description

Leisure Assistant / Fitness Instructor

Are you an experienced Fitness Instructor with a passion for customer service? We're looking for a confident and approachable individual to join our team and deliver an exceptional experience for our members and guests.

What you’ll do:
  • Provide gym inductions, fitness programming, and screenings.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and promote club products/services.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across the facility.
  • Cover reception duties on a rota basis.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and bank holidays.
What we’re looking for:
  • Level 3 Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer qualification.
  • Experience in a fitness/leisure environment
  • Strong communication, IT skills, and attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • First Aid at Work qualifications (desirable).
